• Regularly organize outsourcing customer service business knowledge explanations according to the training plan within the department.
• Online inspection of outsourced customer service replies, online and offline groups to assist outsourced customer service to solve difficult problems.
• Assist outsourced customer service to use speaking skills flexibly to appease and solve customer problems, and get satisfaction and recognition from users in the process.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent sports game knowledge, understanding of e-sports and lottery related games, sports game experience is preferred.
• Possess excellent professional ability and professional quality, be able to use basic office software, type 50 chinese characters per minute, and have strong execution ability.
• Possess strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and problem-solving skills, and can withstand certain work pressure.
